These interactive psychoeducational workshops run for half to a full day, delivered in person or online. They can be tailored into shorter two-hour standalone sessions, depending on the topic, or integrated into broader learning programmes, corporate events or conferences. Examples of standalone workshops include Taming Anxiety, Behavioural Addiction and Attachment Preferences.
