At Ground To Flow, we believe that real change starts with people who understand the journey.
Natalie’s journey began in Rome, surrounded by a vibrant mix of cultures that sparked her lifelong fascination with human behaviour and psychological change. With over 25 years of experience in occupational psychology, coaching, psychotherapy and leadership development, she has supported individuals across the globe through personal transitions, leadership challenges and periods of deep psychological change.
Her academic foundation includes a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Organisational Psychology and Psychological Assessment and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy. Natalie also holds a range of specialist qualifications, from stress management certifications to respected coaching accreditations such as International Coaching Federation (ICF), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Organization and Relationships Systems Coaching (ORSC), along with expertise in numerous psychometric and mental health assessment tools.
She is also a CCL-certified leadership coach.
Throughout her career, Natalie has worked at the intersection of psychology, wellbeing and performance – helping people recognise and overcome the blockages to their growth and wellbeing. Today, she brings this wealth of knowledge, empathy and lived experience into deeply personal, transformative spaces.
She knows real, lasting change is about helping people re-root themselves in resilience, adaptability and self-trust. Whether through one-to-one therapy, leadership coaching or team workshops, Natalie’s mission remains the same: to help others ground, grow and thrive in an ever-changing world.
As a multilingual leadership coach, occupational psychologist and MBACP-registered integrative psychotherapist, her approach is as layered and dynamic as the humans she supports.
She works with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, intimacy challenges, low self-esteem and emotional dysregulation, helping them to reconnect with their emotions, build resilience and move through blocks with clarity and confidence. Natalie supports you through relationship struggles – whether romantic, marital, or familial – and through significant life transitions like ageing, divorce, career shifts, relocation or caring for ageing parents. These moments of change can feel disorienting or even traumatic; she helps you meet them with grace.
With a toolkit that blends evidence-based strategies with somatic and spiritual practices, Natalie meets you exactly where you are – gently nudging you toward insight, healing and sustainable growth.
With Natalie, you’ll feel more ease in expressing your needs and communicating clearly, leading to deeper, more authentic relationships with yourself and others.
